What can you expect at our Wellness Retreats? Our next retreat will be held in the scenic locations of Tweed Heads and Byron Bay. During your stay, you will have access to all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and rejuvenating experience, such as accommodations, meals, and beverages (subject to our alcohol policy). We also provide a variety of activities including Pilates, Yoga, Breathing techniques, beach walking, swimming, journaling, art therapy, cooking classes, and workshops on stress management, healthy eating habits, and more.

These activities are designed to help you take a break from your day to day life and focus on yourself. Through our retreats, we hope to encourage you to find a deeper connection to your body, mind, and soul.

We invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Our retreats are available across Australia, with the exception of Queensland and Central NSW. Some of the locations where we currently offer camps include Perth, Sydney, Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
